£60 per msq (Footprint)
Single floor, multi room cabin with standard roofing materials, eg. 3.2x3.8 Gotland :
£75 per msq (Footprint)
Multi floor cabin (includes usable loft space or separate floor), eg. 4.5x6 Nottingham:
£90 per msq (Footprint)
Depending on your location there may be a surcharge, if you are in a remote area.
